a) Check the battery charged condition.---

c) Clean the battery connector and use.

b) Get it checked &/or replaced from Intex Service Center.
a) Clean charging jack and try or change charger & check.---
b) You could also get the charger checked by using it with another handset of the same brand and model.
a) Check the MMC for virus.---
b) Format MMC storage device.
c) Select “Setting”, then set “Factory Re-set” (use password 1234).
d) Get it Software upgrade from Intex Service Center.
a) Adjust volume by pressing volume Up-Down key while receiving a call.---
b) Clean hands free jack.
a) Check hands-free connector.---
b) Check hands-free with another handset of the same model.
c) Otherwise get it changed by Intex Service Center.
a) Check SIM card is registered with the service provider.---
b) Sufficient balance might not be available.
c) May be receiving key not working.
d) Visit your nearest Intex Customer Care or Service Center.
a) Network signal may be too weak at your current location.---
b) Check battery charging level show low.
c) Call your service provider, if the problem persists.
d) Get the handset checked by Intex Service Center.
a) You have activated the call barring feature or black listed.---
b) Select “General call settings” > SIM 1/SIM 2 > Call barring & select “Cancel All”.
c) Select “General call settings” > SIM 1/SIM 2 > Advance > Call Firewall > Call Firewall settings > Black list & select “Deactivate”.
If you enable Blacklist feature on a particular number, you will not receive calls from that particular number.---
a) Re-check with other SIM card for malfunction or damage.---
b) Take the SIM card to your service provider for testing.
c) Visit your nearest Intex Service Center for further.
a) The SIM card might not inserted properly, please insert it properly.---
b) Clean SIM card by dry & clean cloth & try.
c) You could also check by using another SIM card before visit Intex Service Center.
a) Check the GPRS setting with the service provider.---
b) Please call Intex Toll Free Number 1800-103-8822 or visit your nearest Service Center.
a) Check the available space in the storage location.---
b) Enable to visibility ON under the blue-tooth setting.
Check the format of the Video. It should be compatible with the phone's desired settings.---
a) Please check your profile, may activate silent mode.---
b) Deactivate silent mode and select general mode.
a) Check Memory of the phone.---
b) Default settings upload under camera setting.
c) Visit your nearest Intex Service Center.
a) Clean the touch panel with dry, soft & clean cloth.---
b) Select settings & select screen calibration for start calibration.
Please check phone book capacity. It may be full. Delete unnecessary data from phone book.---
a) You might have entered an incorrect PIN code three consecutive times.---
b) Contact your service provider for PUK code of the SIM card, use PUK code to unlock the SIM.
